Rishte Naate Classic Movie
Thakur Narendrapal Singh (Nazir Hussain) is a generous and kind-hearted landlord and zamindar. He has a daughter Kalpana (Jamuna) and a son Raja(Deven Verma). Distrusting his son and his new wife, Roopa (Ameeta), he asks a village laborer, Sunder (Raaj Kumar) who is honest, loyal and hardworking, to marry his daughter. In this manner, Sunder and Kalpana get married, and soon Kalpana gives birth to a daughter (Baby Shakila). Tragically Kalpana passes away, and the Thakur, Sunder, and the child are devastated. The Thakur asks Sunder to get married to Savitri (Nutan), who is the daughter of his childhood friend, the local Collector (David). He hopes that in this manner the child will get the love of a mother. Sunder reluctantly agrees, and soon Savitri and he get married. Savitri is unable to win the love of the child nor does she get any affection from Sunder, as he is unable to get Kalpana out of his mind and thoughts. In the meantime, Roopa’s dad (Jeevan) is plotting the death of Sunder, so that his daughter can take over the wealth of the Thakur after his death.

SYNOPSIS: Initially released in 2007 by Dharmapatha Creations, the film tells the story of Siddhartha Gautama, Prince of Kapilavastu, situated in Nepal, who lived during 6th century B.C. He was born on Vaisakha Poornima. The history of his family, the Ikshvaku dynasty, is traceable to pre-Ramayana times. Renouncing the life and responsibility of a king, Siddhartha Gautama sought a solution to human misery. Ever in the midst of the great Indian religious and spiritual traditions, he noticed what was most needed by all people: Dharma, and Non-violence. He sought a direct path to salvation. He was a lone pathfinder who inspired the religions that eventually spread to China, Japan, and to the United States and Europe as late as the 20th Century.

Raj Malhotra (Akshay Kumar), Boney (Deepak Tijori), Sheetal Nath (Sabeeha) and Neelam Choudhary (Ayesha Jhulka) are four pranksters in their college. Raj is younger brother of Inspector Suresh Malhotra (Shakti Kapoor), Boney probably has no relatives, Sheetal is the daughter of minister Kailash Nath (Prem Chopra) while Neelam is rich heiress with her uncle (Anant Mahadevan) as her only living relative. Raj and Neelam are romantically involved.
Raj bets habitually and has not lost yet, but when he bets that he can extort money from Kailash, the remaining gang is sceptical. As per the bet, they make Kailash believe that Sheetal is kidnapped, while in reality they have housed themselves in a cottage outside Bombay belonging to Pillai (Johnny Lever). But when Sheetal is murdered mysteriously, the investigation is given to Suresh. Raj, Boney and Neelam try to clean their trail.
The group has escaped three fatal accidents. Suspicions arise whether the accidents were just macabre coincidences. Little do they know that the problem is much bigger and sinister than they can ever imagine.

Raj Malhotra (Bobby Deol) and Priya (Kareena Kapoor) meet by chance and fall in love. After marriage, they reside in Switzerland, where they meet an Indian couple: Vikram Bajaj (Akshay Kumar) and Sonia (Bipasha Basu). The couples quickly become friends and decide to go on a Christmas vacation to Mauritius.
All is well until Vikram begins to speak to Raj about wife swapping. This upsets Raj and a fight breaks out between them, and the four return home. A couple of days later, the two couples again become friends. On Vikram’s birthday, the two men get drunk and find themselves in each other’s house. The next morning Sonia is found dead, and Raj is accused of her murder. Raj manages to escape from court, and the Swiss police chase him. When he decides to confront Vikram, he finds the evidence to prove his innocence and win back his wife.
