Mohenjo Daro is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language period action-adventure film[4] written and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker.[5][6][7] It is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur for UTV Motion Pictures and Sunita Gowariker for Ashutosh Gowariker Productions (AGPPL),[8] and features Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. It is a cinematic presentation based on the ancient Indus Valley civilization,[9] and its city Mohenjo-daro, a UNESCO World Heritage site.[10]

Set in 2016 BC at the height of Indus Valley Civilization,[11][12] the story follows a farmer Sarman (Hrithik Roshan) who travels to the city of Mohenjo Daro and falls in love with a high-status woman (Hegde), and who must then challenge the city’s elite, and fight against overwhelming odds to save their civilization. Gowariker took over three years to research and develop the script, working closely with archaeologists to ensure authenticity in the representation of his fictional story.[13] The film was shot in Bhuj and Mumbai with brief schedules in Bhedaghat (Jabalpur) and Thane.

The score and soundtrack are composed by A. R. Rahman[14] with lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar.[15] The film was released worldwide on 12 August 2016 to generally mixed or negative reviews from critics,[16][17][18][19] and is considered to be a major box office flop.[20]

Mohenjo Daro marks the last film production of UTV Motion Pictures, as after the film, there are only two Disney releases, Dangal and Jagga Jasoos, which marked producer Kapur’s final projects under Disney-UTV before his contract with the company lapsed on 1 January 2017.

Sarman kills a crocodile that has been terrorizing his village’s fishermen and is hailed as a hero. He asks his uncle, Durjan (Nitish Bharadwaj), to allow him to go to Mohenjo Daro to trade their family’s goods, but his uncle refuses. Sarman attempts to sneak away to the city at night with his friend Hojo (Umang Vyas), but is caught by Durjan, who relents and allows both friends to go. He gives Sarman a seal that contains an inscription of a unicorn that Sarman often sees in his dreams, suggesting he use it only once in a life or death situation.

Arriving in Mohenjo Daro, Sarman learns that the city is ruled by the tyrannical Senate Chief Maham (Kabir Bedi) and his wicked son Moonja (Arunoday Singh). He also learns that the unicorn he sees in his dreams is the symbol of the city, and feels as if the city is oddly familiar to him. While Sarman is trading, Maham proposes to impose an additional tax on the farmers so that the city may grow, but Sarman leads the farmers to oppose the taxes so that their families don’t starve to death. Sarman gains access to the upper city by showing his uncle’s amulet and meets Chaani (Pooja Hegde), the elegant and gorgeous daughter of the head priest (Manish Choudhary) Mohenjo Daro. Sarman is enchanted by Chaani’s heavenly beauty and charm and falls in love with her. Upon meeting, the head priest strangely appears to recognize Sarman. Chaani reveals that she has been forcibly betrothed to Moonja, Sarman’s enemy, who is cruel and ruthless. Maham discovers Sarman and Chaani love each other and that Sarman is the leader of the tax revolt, and so he challenges Sarman to fight Bakar and Zokar, his two champions. Sarman proposes that if he wins, Chaani will be released from her engagement, and Maham accepts the terms.

On the night before Sarman’s clash with Bakar and Zokar, the head priest reveals to him how Maham was expelled from Harappa for illegal trade with the Sumerians. Maham entered Mohenjo Daro as a trader and quickly rose to become the trade chief. Maham had discovered that the mighty Sindhu River held vast gold deposits, so he decided to place a dam on the river and divert its course to mine the gold. The wise Senate Chief Srujan (Sharad Kelkar), who is revealed to be Sarman’s father, opposed this, but Maham won the vote to build the dam.

Krrish (Hindi pronunciation: [krɪʃ]) is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language superhero film directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan. It stars Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra while Naseeruddin Shah, Rekha, Manini Mishra, Archana Puran Singh and Sharat Saxena feature in supporting roles. It is the second installment in the Krrish franchise, being the sequel to Koi… Mil Gaya, and relates the story of Krishna, the son of the previous film’s protagonists, who inherits his father’s superhuman abilities. After falling in love with Priya, he follows her to Singapore, where he takes on the persona of “Krrish” to keep his identity secret while saving children from a burning circus. From that moment on, he is regarded as a superhero, and must later thwart the plans of the evil Dr. Arya, who has a connection to Krishna’s father, Rohit, the protagonist of the previous film.

Krrish was conceived to be a film of global significance and a trendsetter in Indian cinema, with visual effects on par with those from Hollywood. To that end, the effects team was aided by Hollywood’s Marc Kolbe and Craig Mumma, and the stunts were choreographed by Chinese martial arts film expert Tony Ching. The music was composed by Rajesh Roshan, with the background score by Salim-Sulaiman. Filming was done to a large extent in Singapore as well as India.

The film was released worldwide on 23 June 2006 at a budget of ₹40 crore[1] and on 1000 prints, both near-record amounts for an Indian film at the time. Krrish received mixed reviews from critics in India, but got a record opening week at the box office. A blockbuster, Krrish grossed a worldwide total of ₹126 crore,[2] becoming the third highest-grossing Indian film of 2006.

Krrish received 8 nominations at the 52nd Filmfare Awards, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor for Roshan and Best Supporting Actress for Rekha, and won 3, including Best Special Effects. At the 2007 IIFA Awards, the film received 9 nominations and won 3, including Best Actor for Roshan. It also won the National Film Award for Best Special Effects. The third film in the series, Krrish 3 was released in 2013.

Krrish was the first Indian film to be shot in Singapore under the Singapore Tourism Board’s Film-in-Singapore subsidy scheme, and over 60% of the film was shot there.[15] Shooting was accomplished on location over a span of 2 months, from September to November 2005.[16] Locations featured included the Singapore Zoo, the Gateway building, and the Singapore National Library.[17] Another major filming location was Robinson Road, where heavy rains caused production delays.[18] The Singapore police were on location to block roads and protect the filming equipment,[18] such as when the film’s action scenes required two 250-foot high industrial cranes.[13] Author Audrey Yue noted that the film shoot benefited Singapore by leading to domestic and Indian film-induced tourism.[15]

Filming also took place in Manali and Film City in Mumbai.[19] During filming of a flying stunt, one of the wires that was tied to Hrithik Roshan broke, causing him to fall 50 feet, though he landed safely on a shop’s canopy.[20] Hrithik described the incident as a “freak accident”, stating, “I was skydiving to my death till I fell on a six-feet-long canopy of a shop that was out because of the slight drizzle. The canopy had iron rods. But I missed those rods too. What do I say? I guess the right word to describe the situation would be jadoo (magic).”[20] Roshan also suffered other injuries during the film’s production. He tore the hamstring in his right leg during a circus scene, singed his hair while running through fire in another action scene, and broke his thumb and toe during strenuous training for the wirework.[21]

Kaabil (transl. Capable) is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film[7][8] directed by Sanjay Gupta, written by Vijay Kumar Mishra, produced by Rakesh Roshan under his banner FilmKraft Productions.[9] It stars Hrithik Roshan, Yami Gautam, Ronit Roy and Rohit Roy. The music was composed by Rajesh Roshan. Principal photography of the film began on 30 March 2016.[10]

The film follows a blind voiceover artist who becomes disillusioned when his wife is raped and the perpetrators walk free. He becomes a vigilante and decides to seek revenge against those responsible for his wife’s death, while also dodging police with a cover that no one would believe a blind man can kill someone.

Kaabil was released theatrically on 25 January 2017.[11][12] Roshan received the Nomination of Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his performance at the 63rd Filmfare Awards. The film was commercially successful despite performing weakly upon its release in China in 2019.[13]
Rohan Bhatnagar (Hrithik Roshan) is a kind, happy young man who has been blind since birth and works as a voice-over artist for a living. Through friends, he meets Supriya Sharma (Yami Gautam), a working woman who is also blind, but proudly independent. The two fall in love and get married.

One night, on their way back home after dining out, they are interrupted by Amit Shellar (Rohit Roy), a local goon and younger brother of Madhavrao Shellar (Ronit Roy), a well-known politician. He and his friend Wasim, drunkenly misbehave with the couple, enraging Rohan, and they have a heated exchange.

The next morning while Rohan is at work, Amit and Wasim sneak into the house and gang rape Supriya. A horrified Rohan immediately calls the police; Officer Chaubey advises him to get his wife medically examined in 24 hours to prove the assault. While Rohan and Supriya are on their way to the clinic, they are kidnapped by Shellar’s men and held captive for 36 hours. After being set free, Rohan and Supriya are criticised by police for the delay in getting Supriya clinically examined, and both are accused of being liars. Heartbroken, they return home. Supriya attempts to live normally but Rohan becomes silent and introspective, which hurts her.

One morning, Rohan returns early from work to apologize to Supriya for not being as supportive as he should have, only to find her corpse, hanging from the ceiling fan. Madhavrao visits Rohan and reveals that his brother Amit raped Supriya not once but twice. Rohan finds Supriya’s braille note, which ascertains that Amit had raped her a second time; this second assault led to her suicide. Shattered, Rohan changes. He implies to Officer Chaubey that he will avenge his wife’s death, challenging that Chaubey will know who did it but will be able to do nothing about it, just like he did nothing about Supriya’s rape.

Rohan uses his voice modulating skills to lure the culprits to places that Rohan knows well. First, he tricks Wasim and hangs him, leaving Amit’s handkerchief behind to frame Amit. He then lures Amit to the warehouse where he and Supriya were held captive for 36 hours. He finds Amit by scent, tying him down to be burned alive in an explosion.

Officer Chaubey suspects Rohan for Amit and Wasim’s murders after remembering his challenge, and puts him under house arrest. It is revealed that Chaubey knew Amit raped Supriya but did nothing after Madhavrao bribed him. Rohan gets past police with the help of his friend, and calls Madhavrao to a building under construction that was to be Rohan and Supriya’s new home. There, Rohan kills him and makes it look like a suicide. Rohan later relates the story to Chaubey: he made it look as if Amit killed Wasim, then Madhavrao committed suicide due to the pain of Amit’s death. With no evidence against Rohan, a blind man, Chaubey stands helpless. Rohan, his revenge complete, scatters Supriya’s ashes at sea.

Bang Bang! is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Siddharth Anand and written by Abbas Tyrewala, Sujoy Ghosh and Suresh Nair.[2] Produced by Fox Star Studios, it is a remake of the 2010 American film Knight and Day and stars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif,[3] while co-starring Javed Jaffrey and Danny Denzongpa, with Jimmy Sheirgill in a special appearance. The film’s premise follows a mysterious international criminal on the run,
After a treaty between India and the United Kingdom to expedite extradition of terrorist Omar Zafar (Danny Denzongpa) to India is passed, Col. Viren Nanda (Jimmy Shergill) is murdered and burnt alive by Omar in London. Omar, who is escorted by his trusted lieutenant Hamid Gul (Javed Jaffrey), declares a $5 million reward for an Indian thief to steal the Koh-i-Noor diamond, so as to hold up the treaty. Later, a mysterious man named Rajveer Nanda (Hrithik Roshan) steals it, and demands $20 million as Zafar and Gul aim to retrieve it. After a subsequent brawl with Gul’s men at a local restaurant in Shimla, Rajveer visits a restaurant where he meets an ambitious but unassuming bank receptionist, Harleen Sahni (Katrina Kaif), who is waiting for her blind internet date, “Vickie Kapoor”, to show up. Rajveer assumes the date, and the pair fall in love, but he is forced to abandon her after being found by Gul’s surviving men. Harleen leaves upon learning the truth, but on her way back home, bumps again into Rajveer, who seeks her help to remove a bullet. Before leaving, he drugs her and informs her of scare tactics that some law enforcement officials will use to try and coerce her into working against him.

The next day, indeed as Rajveer had foretold, government agent Zorawar Kalra (Pawan Malhotra) and his informer, Inspector Bhola (Pradeep Kabra), implore Harleen to travel with them to the Police Station, but instead head for a “safe place” ; taking note of Rajveer’s instructions, she finds a pistol and holds them at gunpoint. Rajveer soon appears and the pair escape, but meet Harleen’s manager, Karan Saxena, who Rajveer shoots in the leg. Harleen, perturbed, demands that she return home, having made a huge mistake by trusting him, which leads to an argument over their loyalties, but she eventually decides to stay upon realizing that he truly intends to protect her, and proceeds to accompany him. Rajveer later reveals during a visit to a Pizza Hut outlet that he stole the Koh-i-Noor, much to Harleen’s surprise, and the pair are immediately confronted by Zorawar and his team, who had been following the duo. Rajveer shoots Harleen with a tranquilizer dart and they escape, with Harleen later waking up at a beach shack after an unknown period on the run. After she takes Rajveer’s phone to call her grandmother, which allows government officials and subsequently Gul’s men, led by his lieutenant Robert (Partha Akerkar), to track them, a shootout ensues, which forces the duo to escape again after eliminating the officials and Robert’s henchmen.

Harleen wakes up the following morning in Prague; recognizing Rajveer’s efforts in leading the escape, she regains her faith in him. Later, they track Gul down to a casino, and after a ploy involving her, Rajveer ultimately kills Gul. Harleen is taken to the Indian Embassy, where she meets Zorawar and his commandant, Internal Secret Services chief Narayanan (Vikram Gokhale), as he gives her a tracking device to pinpoint Rajveer’s location and retrieve the Koh-i-Noor. After another argument on a bridge as they try to escape, Rajveer activates the tracking device himself, gives the Koh-i-Noor to Harleen and gets shot while jumping off the bridge.

Harleen returns home to reunite with her grandmother but begins to miss Rajveer; in a moment of epiphany, she locates his house, where she meets Rajveer’s father, Pankaj (Kanwaljit Singh), and his mother Shikha (Deepti Naval), posing as a delivery runner for Pankaj’s book order. A tense moment results in Harleen trying to leave suddenly,

SUPERHIT FULL MOVIE HRITHIK ROSHAN POOJA HEDGE MOHENJO DARO BOLLYWOOD MOVIES FULL MOVIE

The film opens in 2016 BCE with Sarman (Hrithik Roshan), a young man from the village of Amri, who lost his parents at a young age.

Maham discovers Sarman and Chaani love each other and that Sarman is the leader of the tax revolt, and so he challenges Sarman to fight Bakar and Zokhar, his two champions. Sarman proposes that if he wins, Chaani will be released from her engagement, and Maham accepts the terms.

The head priest reveals to Sarman how Maham was expelled from Harappa for illegal trade with the Sumerians.
