Ram (Shaam) and Lakshman alias Lucky (Allu Arjun) are brothers in Hyderabad. While Ram is a diligent police officer, Lucky is a jobless, carefree person. Throughout their lives, both brothers incessantly play pranks and argue with each other, only adding fuel to the fire between them.

Lucky falls for Spandana (Shruti Haasan). Spandana is initially very stoic; she shows little emotion as taught by her father, Bheem Prakash (Prakash Raj) who believes that the more we have our emotions in control, we have more control of the world. However, as she encounters Lucky on a regular basis, he makes her free from the state of stoticm this stoicism and she initially falls in love with him. When everyone is happy, the goon Maddali Shiva Reddy (Ravi Kishan), enters by an sincere IPS officer. He wants to become a politician, and files papers to run in the elections. IPS officer’s father (Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao) ask Ram to stop Shiva Reddy by giving the proofs that his son collected against him. Ram wants to stop him from running in the elections and goes with proof to arrest Shiva Reddy. Shiva Reddy tries to Ram. Meanwhile, Lucky steals Ram’s vehicle to tease him and is attacked instead by Shiva Reddy goons. When he comes to know that they were after his brother, he attacks Shiva Reddy. An angry Shiva Reddy goes on to become a minister, and decides to take revenge on Lucky’s family. Shiva Reddy took his revenge. Lucky seeks to take revenge on Shiva Reddy with the help of Home Minister Govardhan (Posani Krishna Murali), whom he helped in past to become Home Minister. He fools him by saying that he is suffering from leukemia and requests him to charge him as a special police officer along with a team of frustrated police officers. He also tells him to do a pray so that there might be a chance of his survival and it will be a 12 hours pray and he does not remain in contact with anyone for that 12 hours. MLA accepts his requests and makes him a special police officer along with a team of frustrated police officers headed by Bill Pandey (Brahmanandam).First he starts with kidnapping the auditor of Shiva Reddy who tells him that Shiva Reddy has many assets but on alias names so Lucky hatches a plan to capture some of his assets and then talk him into giving the list of all his assets then with the help of media, he traps Shiva Reddy and his father .Now frustrated, the Home Minister who comes to know about Lucky’s plan request his brother to stop him by giving special powers. As Lucky arrests Shiva Reddy, his brother Ram arrests him and takes him to the police station where the Chief Minister (Sayaji Shinde) and Home minister decide to let Shiva Reddy. As he runs, he is by the constable, Rajeev (Rajeev Kanakala). At last, Lucky demands that his team should continue and Bill must be the head of the team and also he needs an American visa.

Shyam is of an Indian-origin based in Mauritius, where he is employed. He meets with attractive Rukmani, the only daughter of a wealthy Industrialist, and both fall in love. They get married, despite strong opposition from Rukmani’s step-mother, Renu, and her brother, Sampatlal. Rukmani, although educated and of modern outlook, is prejudiced against untouchable Gopal and his daughter, Radha, who are very friendly with Shyam. Shyam would love to be a father, but Rukmani undergoes an operation to stop any pregnancy, and neglects to take care of herself, and as a result there are complications, and she is unable to have any children. This widens the gap between Shyam and Rukmani. An embittered Rukmani finds out that Shyam is having an affair with Radha, and swears to avenge this humiliation, even if it means sending Shyam to prison.

Synopsis: Khamer Bhakt is a handsome young man, who lives with only motive in mind – trouble. She announces in the palace that she will marry a man, who will bring back her missing sister, Hamida, and Khamer accepts the challenge. He goes through an evil magician, and does rescue Hamida, but ends up making a promise to Marjina, a shape-changing snake, that he will only love and marry Hamida, and fulfill her every wish, or else he will be cursed for life. The palace and it’s people are overjoyed to see Hamida back, and arrangements are made for Nargis to get married to Khamer. Khamer now realizes that if he marries Nargis, he will be cursed; and if he marries Hamida, then he will break his vow to Nargis, and so the ultimate choice is on Khamer, as he has to decide what is best for him.

Tamil Cinema Hollywood is a dubbed version from original Kannada film Hollywood.

Upendra plays a lovelorn nerd Surendra who can do anything to get Manisha (Felicity Mason) to love him. Desperate to impress her and unable to do so himself, he seeks the help of his maverick scientist professor (Ananth Nag). The professor comes up with a clone of Surendra who will do the bit of impressing Manisha, and once the task is accomplished, the real Surendra will take over.
However, things go berserk after the professor gives Surendra’s clone – an android robot – the ability to think and act like humans. He bestows the clone named US 47 with human discretion and human emotion. The idea of the clone backfires when US 47 starts using his discretion and falls in love with Manisha. Using his robotic strength and human intelligence, and of course the help of a lab monkey (Seenu), US 47 proves to be a formidable enemy to Surendra over Manisha. Now the mad professor, Surendra, his twin brother Upendra and Manisha need to get together to solve the problem.

Veera Babu (Siddharth) is a naughty youth who turns out to be a big headache to his village. Unable to bear the torture Veerababu has been creating for them, the villagers tries to send him away from the village. However, Veerababu’s father Seetha Ramudu (Rajendra Prasad) disrupts their plans and Veerababu happily stays back in his village. On one fine morning Veerababu sees Varalakshmi (Praneetha) and fall in love with her in the first sight. Then a saga of scenes in which he tries to impress her follows. Finally, Varalakshmi reciprocates to Veerababu’s love. But by that time her elders fix her marriage with another person (Santosh Samrat). When Varalakshmi tells Veerababu about her marriage plans, he marries her then and there in a temple. Seeta Ramudu comes to know about this marriage and tells Veerababu that Varalakshmi is his cousin. He reveals that Veerababu’s mother is none other than Varalakshmi father’s (Ahuti Prasad) sister. He also says that marrying someone without their family’s will is a mistake. Seetaramudu asks Veerababu to not to repeat that mistake and only hold Varalakshmi’s hand with her parents will. What follows next forms rest of the story.
