Khuda Kasam is a Hindi Drama and action film, directed by K C Bokadia and produced by Amit Kumar Bokadia. The film was released on 26 November 2010 under the Sangeeta Pictures banners. The film was earlier titled “The Challenge”.
Neetu Singh (Tabu) is a CBI officer who is investigating murder of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. The Chief Minister was murdered by state’s home Minister Bhavani Prasad Lalla (BPL) played by Ashish Vidyarthi, in collusion with ACP Waghmare (played by Govind Namdeo and jailer Lalkaar Singh played by Mukesh Rishi. Sunny Deol plays Hussain, an honest Muslim truck driver who is forced to take on the system when he is falsely implicated in a crime by BPL, as Hussain was working as a truck driver for BPL’s business and he got to know that BPL was using him to transport illegal weapons and Hussain threatened that he would inform the police. While investigating the murder, Neetu Singh threatens to expose BPL and he gets Neetu Singh herself implicated in CM’s murder where she is sentenced to 5 years of rigorous imprisonment. She is tortured a lot in the jail and she tries to escape from the jail. Baghmare shoots her when she is on the run and she uses this to fake her death. Later she reappears as a London-based singer by the name Madonna in the movie, mainly as a ploy to woo and get close to BPL. She tricks BPL to kill Baghmare and seeing this Lalkaar Singh surrenders himself to police. Finally, Neetu Singh kills BPL and takes her revenge. The movie has political and social theme as its backdrop.

Seeta aur Geeta (“Seeta and Geeta”) is a 1972 Indian Bollywood comedy-drama film, written by Salim-Javed (Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar) and directed by Ramesh Sippy. It stars Hema Malini, Dharmendra and Sanjeev Kumar in leading roles, and features music composed by R.D. Burman.

The story is about identical twins (played by Hema Malini) who are separated at birth and grow up with different temperaments. The twins then swap places (like The Prince and the Pauper). The two sisters’ partners in the movie are played by Dharmendra and Sanjeev Kumar. Manorama plays the evil aunt who changes her tune after her arm is twisted (literally). Furthermore, Hema Malini was noted for the novelty of her role as Geeta where she is rambunctious and sometimes violent.

The main theme of this movie was copied from the superhit Tamil movie Enga Veettu Pillai starring Superstar M. G. Ramachandran. As hinted in the Wikipedia page, it is said that the producer of this movie B. Nagi Reddy was furious with Salim-Javed for copying his story and hence he went on to quickly move on to making remakes in other languages include the Telugu film Ganga Manga (1973) and the Tamil film Vani Rani (1974), both starring Vanisri in the dual roles.

This Tamil film was remade as Ram Aur Shyam starring Dilip Kumar in the leading dual role, which inspired Salim-Javed to write Seeta Aur Geeta, but they subverted the formula by having the heroine eventually become the “hero” while the male lead is in a mostly supporting role. Another earlier film with a similar theme was Muqabala (1942) starring Fearless Nadia. Subsequent Hindi remakes of the story have been made, including Jaise Ko Taisa starring Jeetendra, ChaalBaaz starring Sridevi, Kishen Kanhaiya starring Anil Kapoor, Judwaa starring Salman Khan Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi starring Kajol, in the dual roles.

Hema Malini won her only competitive Filmfare Best Actress Award of her career. P. Vaikunth won the Filmfare Best Cinematographer Award. In 1976, the film was shown in the Soviet Union where it was a success.

Undertrial is a Bollywood crime drama film directed by Aziz Khan.
Sagar Hussain (Rajpal Yadav) is in jail as an “under trial” prisoner having charge against him of regularly raping his own three daughters. No one agreed to defend his court case; even as he faced hatred and cruelty from every person in jail and society. But a noble but influential prisoner Nadir (Mukesh Tiwari) gave him company and listened to him. Sagar recovers his faith back and informed him in writing of all the events. Knowing everything, Nadir influences a renowned lawyer, Ravi Vishnoi (Kader Khan), to fight his case. After a long trial and critical interrogation and cross examination between Ravi Vishnoi and the Public Prosecutor Anand Verma (Prem Chopra), facts were revealed. Sagar’s wife Sabeena (Monica Castelino) was proved to be a prostitute who with the help of her associate put their daughters in the flesh trade. When the elder one resisted due to a call of humanity, they murdered her. Incidentally the murder scene got recorded in daughter’s mobile phone. The film ends with Sagar released from the Jail after being respectfully exonerated by the honourable court of law. The film is considered as landmark cinema in the league of non-mainstream films of Bollywood.

Baazi (English:Game) is a 1995 Indian action film directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar and starring Aamir Khan and Mamta Kulkarni. This film fabricated the base for Aamir Khan’s selection as the determined police officer in the blockbuster Sarfarosh which turned out to be one of Aamir Khan’s best performances as a tough man.

The story opens with a group of people travelling in a bus. The bus is stopped on its way and a bunch of hooligans board the bus and create a nuisance when a man tricks them into getting off the bus. Later the bus stops for a tea break and the hooligans arrive at the same time when suddenly a passing convoy is attacked and the assassins try to kill the man inside one of the cars. The man using his swiftness foils the attack and manages to nab and arrest one of the attackers while killing another. The rest manage to escape the scene.

This man is Inspector Amar Damjee (Aamir Khan) and the person in the car turns out to be Chief Minister Vishwasrao Chowdhury (Raza Murad) who was impressed with Amar and delegates to him the task of locating the people behind a multi-crore rupee international scandal to Amar. Amar promises to fulfill the job to the best of his ability.

It is shown that Chaubey (an assistant to the CM) was the one who committed the fraud and is trying to ensure that he is not caught and hence he had asked the assassins to attack the CM. Amar tries to break the back of crime and this starts irritating Chaubey who senses how close Amar is getting. Chaubey then frames Amar for the murder of the daughter of the Police Commissioner Mazumdar(Kulbhushan Kharbanda).

Hema Malini and Jaya Bhaduri also star, as Veeru and Jai’s love interests, respectively. Sholay is considered a classic and one of the best Indian films. It was ranked first in the British Film Institute’s 2002 poll of “Top 10 Indian Films” of all time. In 2005, the judges of the 50th Filmfare Awards named it the Best Film of 50 Years.

Aadmi (English: Man) is a 1993 Hindi-language Indian feature film directed by Arshad Khan, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Gauthami, Harish and Ajit Khan.

Aadmi, is the story of an honest man (Vijay M. Srivastav) and his fight against corruption and country’s traitors, but he is trapped and jailed for a crime (murder of his own parents and brother), which he never committed. Vijay Srivastav lives a middle-classed lifestyle in Bombay along with dad, Mohanlal, mom, Sharda, and a younger brother, Raju. His father and brother manage a restaurant named ‘Sahiba’, while Vijay works as a Supervisor at the Ordnance Factory that manufacturers RDX for the Government of India and also moonlights as a self-defense instructor. He meets with wealthy Rekha, the only daughter of Advocate Saxena, and both fall in love with each other.

Their respective parents meet and arrange their marriage. While his father went to invite Vijay’s office boss Trikal, became witnessed Trikal’s terrorist activities. Trikal and his son-in-law, Minister D.P Singh were involved with anti state works. They sent two henchmen to kill the family of Vijay. In a bomb blust all three members of Vijay’s family murderd and Vijay was arrested by the police and charged with killing his parents and brother, tried in court, found guilty, and sentenced to five years in jail. On his first day behind bars, he is approached by jailor Samsher Singh as well as DCP Deshmikh, who asks him to cooperate and abduct one Deepak, the son of an underworld don, and if he does so, he will only aid the police but his crime will be pardoned and he will be released.

Batwara is a 1989 Bollywood film directed by J.P. Dutta. The film stars Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna, Dimple Kapadia, Amrita Singh, Poonam Dhillon, Shammi Kapoor, Mohsin Khan and Amrish Puri.
Vikram & Sumer are two close friends, who’s close bond is well known in village. Vikram belongs to upper cast Thakurs, who are landlords. Sumer belongs to lower caste & serves as a cop.

The film is set post independence & a new land sealing law is drafted by Govt, which states that individuals cannot own land beyond a certain limit. This is a big blow to the Thakurs, since they owe 100s of acres of land. As per new law they would have surrender the excess land to govt, which would be distributed to the farmers. The Bade Thakur & his eldest son Deven cannot come to terms with this new change. Deven plans a plot, in which he will distribute the land amongst their relatives by back dating the transaction dates. For this they would need signature / thumb impression of the farmers who are tilling the land (the land is mortgaged to the Thakurs). The Sarpanch (Village Head) is on their side & agrees to help in manipulating the records as well as convincing the farmers to give their approval.

They have a meeting, wherein the farmers are adamant on sticking with their land. Heated argument leads to Deven getting panicked & shooting from his rifle killing one villager. This infuriates the rest & the mob lynch him to death. Vikram rushes back to his village to perform last rites of his brother. He cannot bear the pain of loss of his brother & sets of towards the dwellings of the farmer with his rifle. He kills many farmers & sets fire to their home. From their he escapes to ravines & joins hand with the bandits. Vikram gets his gang, in return the bandits get money & protective from the influential Thakur family. Meanwhile, Vikram’s youngest brother Rajendra who is also a cop returns to his village. He is disappointed to see that his brother has turned Bandit. His father urges him to protect Vikram from law and exact revenge from the villagers who have defied their supremacy. Rajendra true to his vow as a cop, refuses to do this.

When Sumer return to his village, he cannot come to terms with what has happened & deeply anguished that his best friend has done it. He marries his love interest Jina immediately since she is orphaned as her brother was killed by Vikram. Sumer meets Vikram & declare that this is the end of their friendship. Meanwhile, Bade Thakur ( Vikram’s Dad) invites Hanumant Thakur (Rajendra’s Junior Cop) to suppress rebellion led by Sumer. Hanumant says that his hands are tied by his boss Rajendra. Bade Thakur arranges for his transfer & Hanumant takes the charge from Rajendra. He then releases a reign of terror. In one such incident he kicks pregnant Jina, which causes her abortion. This infuriates Sumer & he attacks the police station & kills all the cops & assumes that Hanumant has also died, but he survives. He loots of the arsenal from the police & distributes it to the villagers. Now Sumer also turns a bandit & joins hand with rival gang of Vikram.
