An orphaned girl ends up in a dancing school run by Sitaradevi (Himani Shivpuri) and is named Doli (Meghna Naidu). Doli learns all forms of dance under her tutor. Doli is branded a prostitute by Dr Ramgopal (Mithun Chakraborty), when she indulges in a passionate affair with London based businessman’s son Suraj Malhotra (Vikas Bhardwaj). Suraj’s father decides to use the local influence of Dr Ramgopal Acharya, to end this relationship. Will Dr Ramgopal succeed in breaking the bonds of love?
