An orphaned girl ends up in a dancing school run by Sitaradevi (Himani Shivpuri) and is named Doli (Meghna Naidu). Doli learns all forms of dance under her tutor. Doli is branded a prostitute by Dr Ramgopal (Mithun Chakraborty), when she indulges in a passionate affair with London based businessman’s son Suraj Malhotra (Vikas Bhardwaj).
