Shiva and his nemesis Nitin often butt heads in school premises. One day, Nitin burns Shiva’s thesis and Shiva assaults him to a point where the school management gets involved. Later, Shiva returns to his class to fight Nitin but finds him stabbed to death with a pencil. He takes out the pencil from Nitin’s throat when Shiva’s girlfriend Maya finds him in an incriminating position. Maya, however, not only believes in his innocence but also offers to help him find the culprit. Now they only have 40 minutes to find the culprit until the rest of the class discovers the body and blames him for the murder. But how will they find the killer when everyone seems to be the culprit?
