But the most unexpected and interesting aspect is getting to know Harry Pleasant, a patient with Alzheimer’s disease, who, although in a different context, also struggles with memory and attempts to remember the past.
In her journey of self-discovery, Sophie seems to stumble into Harry’s life, where she finds a reflection of her own struggle with oblivion. Through communication with Harry, she learns to accept herself as she is and to understand that the memory is not only lost, but also an important part of their lives.
