Two young men, Singh and Yai are hunting a wolf that bites Duen, Singh’s pregnant wife. To be saved, she must eat the heart of a wolf. Frank, an antique finder, and his niece, Lilly, are always on the run from Frank’s enemies. They sleep in abandon buildings to stay safe, and on the night of the full moon, there is no exception. Curious Lilly walks around the building and gets lost into a cage of Anirut, the last offspring of the wolves. Frank tries to protect his niece from Anirut, so he is bitten on the neck.
Tonight with the crescent moon, Frank becomes a wolf, not like any other wolves but a leprous wolf. Frank needs to quickly find a cure before Singh and Yai take his heart.
