Client story: Saberi Bhhattacharya approached Music4thought to record an original song. After understanding Saberi’s requirements and her vision of the song, Music4thought did a preliminary assessment of her scale and style of singing, to suggest what will best suit her. Music4thought got an original composition created from one of their musical experts. Lyrics were written over the composition to cater to the vision of the song. Saberi was kept in loop throughout the process to make sure the song is coming as per her expectation. A scratch was shared with Saberi to practice and prepare.
Throughout the process, expert guidance and advice was available at every step. Finally, she was called to Mumbai to record the song. Music composer associated with Music4thought was present in the studio to help and guide through the recording session. The recording was then sent for final programming and arrangement, mixing/mastering and quality check before delivering it to Saberi.

Overall the process is informal, easy and a lot of fun – for singers to record their own original song. A singer should definitely try it once.
