Synopsis :

Wasseypur is no more the town that was once consumed by the raging war between Sardar Khan and Ramadhir Singh. the story of the gang war that lasted between two groups in the 80s and 90s in Ghaziabad, India. In the village of Ghaziabad, jagmal Singh Choudhary (Paresh Rawal) is a corrupt chairman, and has connections with the gangster Fauji (Arshad Warsi), who is willing to do anything to make a quick buck. When jagmal refuses to pay up to 2 million for Fauji’s sisters wedding, Fauji breaks their ties and leaves him. At the same time, Brahampal befriends a polite teacher named Satbir (Vivek Oberoi) who also happens to be in a relationship with jagmal’s daughter Suman (Charmy Kaur).

Thinking that jagmal has replaced him with Satbir, Fauji becomes furious and joins forces with Rashid (Ravi Kishan), a politician and Brahampal’s enemy. Rashid deliberately turns Fauji against Satbir, making him think that he wants him dead. When Fauji tries to attack Satbir, an elderly village spokesman is shot, leading Satbir to fight back against him. But before Satbir is able to do anything about it, Satbir’s older brother Karamvir (Chandrachur Singh) is kidnapped, and soon killed by Fauji. Seeking revenge, Satbir turns to the crime world to finish off his brother’s murderer. With riots taking place all over, the police department shifts a crazy, tough, feared and solid officer, Thakur Pritam Singh (Sanjay Dutt) to enter the city bring a stop to this gang-war. However, Pritam Singh ends up making it all worse.

Pritam Singh initially visits Fauji and Rashid and later on, invites Satbir to the Police Station. Having gauged their attitudes, Pritam Singh decides to side with Satbir in the war against Fauji and Rashid. With elections approaching, both parties eventually decide to contest with Rashid and Satbir’s brother contesting. Rashid wins the election seeing which Fauji goes on a killing spree beginning his attack starting from Satbir’s house and accidentally ends up killing Satbir’s now wife Suman. Enraged at this act of Fauji, Satbir’s brother kidnaps his girlfriend – an act that is looked down upon by Satbir. Before she could be returned safely, Fauji invades the place and kills Satbir’s brother prompting a furious Satbir to go on a revenge spree.

In the meanwhile, a tape is discovered which not only reveals that Rashid and Faqeera have secretly made a deal with Pritam Singh to murder Fauji, thereby betraying him, but also shows Faqeera confessing to having ordered the attack on Fauji’s house at the start of the movie which is what triggered the whole gang-war in the first place. Furious at this betrayal, Fauji kills Faqeera and then heads out to kill Rashid. Pritam Singh also joins in, apparently fulfilling his promise to kill Fauji for Rashid but ends up killing Rashid instead. This results in an action-packed finale that sees Satbir killing Fauji and being arrested by Pritam Singh. His fate then is left unknown.

Synopsis:

“Teen Thay Bhai” is the story of 3 brothers distanced by life and brought together by a clause in their Grandfather’s will, at an isolated snowed-out cabin. They battle love and life to win the most important thing: each other.[1] The movie is a remake of The Darjeeling Limited.
The story starts with an introduction of three brothers. The eldest Chixie Gill (Om Puri), is a small time shop owner with 3 obese daughters whom no one wants to marry and a nagging wife (whom he would like to send back to her parents house). He dreamed of opening a big cloth store in his younger days but their grandfather was not ready to sell their village land for the money needed. The middle brother, Happy Gill (Deepak Dobriyal) is a dentist who has only one diagnosis for any tooth ailment, shifting pain. As a result, he has no patients but a long line of creditors (whose teeth he has removed more than once). He wants to get rid of all his debts and open a big dry-cleaning shop. He was in love with Gurleen Kaur (Ragini Khanna) in his younger days when they got separated. The youngest, Fancy Gill (Shreyas Talpade) is an aspiring actor who wants to go Hollywood, but only gets roles in Punjabi cinema, where his habit of putting in disco and English dialogues leads to him being thrown out quite often.
On the death of their grandfather, by the requirement of his will, they need get together for 3 years on the day of his death anniversary before midnight at the cabin. If not, the property around the cabin (worth crores of rupees) will be forfeited. Also every year one of them has to take care of their grandfather’s ashes starting from the eldest and pass it on to the next younger on that day. For the much needed money, they somehow manage to make it through two years, but the last year holds a lot for them. Snowstorms, trespassers, foreign babes with drugs,etc. bring them close to each other and make up their differences.
The climax brings in a twist that wraps up the story nicely.”

Satara-based petty road-works contractor, Sachin Tichkule, faces challenges when the Satara Municipal Corporation puts a hold on his payment. He decides to sue them, while his extended family deal with the crisis of a recently-collapsed bridge resulting in 65 deaths. If matters were not bad enough, the new Municipal Commissioner is none other than his estranged girlfriend/ex-collegian, Gehna Ganpule. Sachin had abused and assaulted her in Mumbai a few years ago, and she is now determined to blacklist him at any and all costs. While comically dealing with indolent employees, his sister’s marriage, an elephant, a road-roller &c. he lands in even more hot water when the local police get ready to prosecute him for alleged Sexual Molestation, as well as Assault and Threats to Kill Gehna’s brother.

Arjun Pandit (Sunny Deol) is madly in love with Nisha (Juhi Chawla), a model. He gets her kidnapped by his men and wants to celebrate her birthday, but she tells him that she does not like him.

In the past, Arjun Dixit (Arjun Pandit) was a peaceful, God-loving man who lived in Haridwar. He is a professor at a university in Haridwar. One day, Nisha comes to his town to research Sanskrit language. Spending time with her, Arjun realizes that he is in love with her. She is also attracted to him, but sees him as a coward man because of his peaceful ways of dealing with roguelike Sanjay (Shahbaz Khan), who is the rogue son of a woman MLA, bullies Nisha. Nisha challenges Arjun to show his manliness to Sanjay. Angered by Nisha’s challenge Arjun beats Sanjay black-and-blue in public. Filled with anger, Sanjay swore vengeance on Arjun for the humiliation. Sanjay and his friends attack Arjun and Nisha while they were joyfully spending time together. Arjun fights Sanjay and his friends, Nisha then throws Arjun a sword which results in Arjun stabbing and killing Sanjay. Police arrive in a matter of time and Nisha tells the officer that Arjun has murdered Sanjay for his personal grudge. Arjun gets arrested and this is when Nisha shows her true colors and testifies against Arjun creating a confusing situation. Nisha visits Arjun at the prison and reveals that her full name is Nisha Chopra and that she is the sister of Sangeeta Chopra whom Arjun failed to save from the roguelike Sanjay who was a son of MLA. In a flashback, Arjun remembers witnessing one of his students Sangeeta being raped by Sanjay. He runs towards them to save her but is stopped by Sanjay’s goons. After Sanjay leaves alongside his friends, Arjun quickly takes her to the hospital and goes to the police station to file a complaint, but Sanjay threatens to rape Arjun’s sister if he testifies against him, persuading Arjun not to testify. Hearing that Arjun would not testify against Sanjay. Sangeeta is told by the police that if Arjun gives the statement, they will arrest and punish Sanjay, ensuing Sangeeta to get justice. However, Arjun, the eyewitness, is forced to give the inappropriate statement because of Sanjay’s blackmailing. The case is closed, leaving Sangeeta burst into tears and urge to get justice. Sangeeta is then harassed and abused by majority of students at the college. She writes a letter to her so-called sister Nisha about everything that happened to her including that if Arjun Dixit had the courage to give the right statement, she would get justice and would be able to avoid the dirty misunderstandings of people. Lastly, she writes that she will never forgive Arjun, neither should Nisha. She immediately commits suicide after writing the letter.

Ajay Shastri (Ajay Devgn) is an unemployed, honest graduate who dreams of joining the police force. His father, Raghuvansh Shastri (Mohan Agashe) is a highly principled and moralistic man. An ex-schoolteacher and Gandhi follower, now a social activist, Prof. Shastri expects his son to follow in his steps and believe in his ideals and values. When his father’s ideals start clashing with Ajay’s ideologies, a rift between father and son emerges.
