Rahul has to bring up his spoilt nephews Sunny and Vicky and niece Munni. They go to a fair where they come across a young girl named Vyjayanti, who has run away from home as her dad forces her to get married. They all get along and stay together. Rahul and Vyjayanti develop feelings for each other. But in the midst of all this they have to fight people who are plotting to take away their home and business.
