Plot:-
Gautham (Nara Rohit) is an orphan who dreams of marrying a girl from a joint family to experience the love of relationships and elders. He falls in love with Vaishnavi (Nisha Aggarwal) who belongs to a joint family. He tries to woo her and finally she falls in love with him. Vaishnavi shares a very good relationship with everyone at home, especially her dad Naidu. One day he finds out about his daughter and Gautham’s relationship. He dislikes it as he wants to get his daughter married to a man who belongs to a good family. He accepts an alliance with someone else. What happens next forms the rest of the story

Pandiyan is a 1992 action Tamil language movie directed by the Tamil director SP. Muthuraman. It stars Rajinikanth, Kushboo, Janagaraj and Jayasudha in the lead roles. It was released on October 25, 1992. Its music was composed by Ilayaraja. The film released to largely negative reviews and was a rare box office disaster for a Rajinikanth movie.
The film was a remake of the Kannada film Bombay Dada starring Tiger Prabhakar, Vani Vishwanath, Vajramuni and Lakshmi. Prabhakar, the director and hero of the Kannada film, portrayed the negative role in the Tamil version.
In this movie, Superstar Rajini was called “Mr.Right” and all his t.shirts in this movie had the “tick” symbol. There was a short sensation among Rajini fans during this time as they used to flock to the tailor shops to put a “tick” mark embroidary on their shirts.
The film is about Paandiyan (Rajinikanth) who wants to avenge the death of his sister’s (Jayasudha) husband (Charan Raj), who was a police inspector. He would have been killed by Prabhakar and atlast Rajini kills him.
