PN Satyaa’s film promised quite a lot given its title. Insiders even claimed it would give a peek into the city’s underworld scene. But, the film is just peppered with names that are synonymous with Bengaluru’s underworld. Instead, the film does make a good watch if you like films set against the backdrop of the underworld and its wrong doings.
