A neti pot is a natural way to flush out congestion, rinse your nasal passages, and clear mucus. 🌿 Use boiled (or distilled) water that has cooled, then mix in table salt (about ¼ teaspoon per cup of water). Tilt your chin at least 45 degrees toward your chest and breathe through your mouth to help the flow.
