Let me start off by saying the “Utah Curls” are not a new concept but have for sure be revived due to the new MomTok show. This tutorial teaches you how to achieve the same look that the cast had. It’s actually a super simple and easy technique so I’m excited for y’all to try it out!
All you need is some volumizing mousse (optional), heat protectant, curling iron (ideal but a wand will work), and some flexible hold hairspray to seal it at the end!
