1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
8-10 oz broccolini (or broccoli)
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsps sherry wine
2 tsps corn starch
1/4 tsp baking soda
salt and MSG (optional)
1/2 red onion
green onion
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder

Sauce:
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp ginger paste

Tender Pork Marinade Recipe

• 200g pork (short loin)
• 1/5 tablespoon (or about 1 teaspoon) heaping of tapioca starch
• 2/5 tablespoon (or about 2 teaspoons) oyster sauce
• 2/5 teaspoon sugar
• 1/5 teaspoon seasoning powder
• 1/5 teaspoon Maggi sauce

**Ingredients:**
– 200g pork
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 clove garlic
– 1/4 onion (sliced)
– 1 tomato (sliced)
– 2 stalks Chinese kale
– 1-2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce (green cap)
– 2 teaspoons sugar
– Ground pepper to taste
– Green onions to taste
