How to make | Chicken tikka chilli masala | Like spicy curry? Madras? or Vindaloo? | try this recipe

You will need 1 portion Chicken tikka (please use recipe from my channel)

Boil 3 tomato | 1 onion | 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste | 2 green chilli | 1 handful fresh coriander | 3 tbsp tomato puree | 1 handful unsalted cashews | 1 tsp salt | 1 tsp turmeric powder | 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder | 1 tsp coriander powder | 2 tbsp cooking oil | 3 mugfuls of boiling water | cook everything for 30 mins on medium heat | let cook after cooking then blend until smooth

Chicken tikka chilli masala curry:
2 tbsp ghee | 1/2 diced onion | 12 tbsp garlic & ginger paste | 1/2 tsp salt | 1 tsp kasoori dried methi | water as advised in video

Mix powder:
1 tsp turmeric powder | 1 tsp coriander powder | 1 tsp cumin powder | 2 tsp mild curry powder | 1/2 tsp garam masala & mix properly then use 3 tsp for the curry | 1 tbsp tomato puree | 1 tbsp ground almond powder

Add 2-4 sliced green chilli | 1 portion chicken tikka | 2 wedges tomato | 500ml of the above gravy

Fresh coriander to garnish & enjoy!
