Staff Enchanting at Bloodchill Manor:
The staff enchanter inside Bloodchill Manor gives 20x the normal xp for enchanting a staff. Upon arriving on Solstheim you receive a debuff which reduces staff enchanter xp by 95%, However if you don’t visit Solstheim and use the 2 unenchanted staves found inside Myrwatch you can reach 60+ Enchanting with only 2 enchantments. If you dupe the staves you can reach 100 Enchanting with only 10 staves.
