कमी तेलकट आणि टम्म फुगलेली पुरी करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ कप / २४० ग्रॅम गव्हाचं पीठ
• १/४ कप / ४० ग्रॅम बारीक रवा
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ कप / २०० मिली पाणी
• तळण्यासाठी तेल

पुरी करायची म्हटलं तर ती बऱ्याचदा तेलकट होते किंवा जास्त वेळ खुसखुशीत राहत नाही. तर कमी तेल पिणारी, दिवसभर ठेवली तरी फुगून राहणारी आणि खुसखुशीत पुरी कशी करायची ते आपण या व्हिडिओत बघणार आहोत. गुढीपाडवा म्हटलं की श्रीखंड पुरी हा बेत आलाच.

Ingredients:
• 2 cup / 240 gm Wheat flour
• 1/4 cup / 40 gm fine Rava
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup / 200 ml Water
• Oil for frying

Method:
• Mix wheat flour, rava and salt well together and add a little water at a time to knead semi stiff
dough.
• Spread a little water on the dough.
• You can use oil in place of water.
• Cover and rest the dough for at least 30 minutes.
• Knead the dough well once. Use a little oil now.
• Take a small portion form the dough and make it smooth and even.
• Spread a little oil on the rolling board and roll out puri from the dough ball.
• Cut a round puri with the help of a lid and remove excess dough.
• Roll out edges once to make them even.
• Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and drop puri in it.
• Press it a little and when lower side is fried well, flip the puri over.
• Fry the puri well from other side too.
• When the puri is fried well from both sides, take it out, drain excess oil and transfer it on a wire
rack. Puri is ready.
