This dish is usually seen along the street, but since I want to serve you restaurant-quality food, give this Braised Chicken Feet a try. It’s something both unique and delicious, of course, cooked with La Germania because IT IS MADE FOR EVERY LIFE, making cooking enjoyable and easy.

Ingredients:

(Boil then fry)
1kg – Chicken feet, cleaned
1 stalk – leeks
3 thumbs – Ginger
4 tbsp – Rice wine
Water, for boiling
Salt

Oil, for frying
Cold water

(Saute & steam)
Oil for sauteing
3 cloves – Minced garlic
3 tbsp – Minced onions
3 tbsp – Minced ginger
4 tbsp – Chili paste (Bean paste)
3 tbsp – Soy sauce
3 tbsp – Sugar
¼ cup – Black beans
Black pepper

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Arla unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 Tbsps. granulated sugar
13/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsps. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup water, cold

4 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk (396 ml)
1/4 tsp. salt
I tsp. vanilla extract
