This video shows you how to make a Freeze Gun, like the one from Batman. It uses computer duster to create a cold blast of liquid, that will freeze many things. This could be used as part of a costume, or just a fun project to do. This gun causes a similar effect as liquid nitrogen. It can make water based materials very brittle by freezing them.
