00:00 – 5 Whiskey Drinks

Sazerac:
Build in mixing glass
Add
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rye Whiskey
2 bar spoon of Simple Syrup
6 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Crack ice in to mixing glass and stir
Spritz glass with Absinthe
Strain into glass
Garnish with a Twist of Lemon
Whiskey Sour:
Build in shaker.
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Simple Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
1 Egg White
Dry shake
Add ice and shake again
Strain into glass
Garnish with 4 drops of Angostura Bitters
Manhattan:
Build in mixing glass
Add
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rye
1 oz. or 30 ml. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add ice into mixing glass and stir.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with 2 Maraschino Cherries
Paper Plane:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Amaro Nonino
1 oz. or 30 ml. Aperol
1 oz. or 30 ml. Bourbon
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with a Twist of Lemon
Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
Add
2 Sugar Cubes
Soak with Angostura Bitters
Muddle to crush Sugar Cubes
Add large ice cube
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
Stir
Garnish with an Orange Twist
