Cherry Pie Ingredients:
6 cups cherries, pitted (2 1/4 lbs)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cups sugar (use 1 cup for sour cherry pie)
5 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter, diced, to dot the top
