Seeing as I was a bit sneaky with my last winged eyeliner tutorial I’m uploading a “proper” eyeliner tutorial this time 🙂 This is just a collection of all the tips that I know of for winged eyeliner, you can use any product with these tips, liquid, gel, cream or powder. Which ever one you prefer 🙂
