How To Make Falafel
2 cups dry chickpeas, soaked with cold water for 24 hours
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground chilli
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp chickpea flour (plain flour can also be used)
oil for frying
