Doritos Nacho Seasoning Mix:
1 cup or 112 grams Cheddar Cheese Powder
.25 cup or 30 grams White Cheddar Powder
2.5 tbsp or 15 grams Nutritional Yeast
4 tsp or 14 grams M.S.G.
4 tsp or 12 grams Smoked Paprika
3 tbsp or 21 grams Onion Powder
6 tbsp or 60 grams Fine Sea Salt
.25 cup or 35 grams Buttermilk Powder
Nacho Doritos Extract:
In a dropping funnel
Create a filter by soaking a cotton ball in ethanol and using that to create a plug, then add about a half cup of washed and dried aquarium sand on top.
Pour the following mixture on top of the filter
5.5 oz (weight) or 155 grams Doritos Nacho Seasoning Mix
5.25 oz. or 155 ml. Ethanol (Everclear)
Let the mixture sit for 24 hours
Drain into glass
Optional: This might take a long time to drain so you can speed up the process by squeezing the mixture through a manual press or by using a vacuum filter
Nacho Doritos Liquor:
In a mixing glass
Add
100 parts Vodka
3 parts Doritos Nacho Extract
Nacho Doritos Syrup:
Mix together
100 parts Simple Syrup
3 parts Doritos Extract
Nacho Doritos Soda:
Build in glass
Add
3 parts soda
1 part Nacho Syrup
Optional: Few drops of red food coloring
Mountain Dew Seasoning Mix:
In food processor
Add
3.5 oz (weight) or 100 grams N-Zorbit Maltodextrin
.2 oz. or 6 ml. Pure Orange Essential Oil
.07 oz. or 2 ml. Pure Lemon Essential Oil
Salt to taste
Few dashes of Green Powdered Food Coloring
Blend
Mountain Dew Tortilla Chips:
In Tupperware or large container
Add
Tortilla Chips
Mountain Dew Seasoning Mix
Shake to coat chips
