Today I show you how to make homemade briquette machine using drill machine. I made this homemade briquette machine by using the scrap metals in my workshop. This homemade briquette press is very simple and easy to make at home. I used the drill machine to power this diy briquette machine. I stepdown the drill machine speed by using the sprockets, chain, worm wheel and worm shaft to increase the torque for this diy briquette making machine. This high torque rotary motion is converted to reciprocating motion by using the slider crank mechanism. The high torque produced in this diy briquette press is used to press the sawdust, wood, charcoal, cow dung to make diy briquettes. I also attached a flywheel to this diy charcoal briquette machine. This flywheel is used to provide continuous rotation to this homemade briquettes machine while making sawdust briquettes. This homemade briquette machine is used to make sawdust, wood, coal, charcoal, cow dung briquettes. This diy briquette machine is very powerful. This drill hack really works good. Today I show you how to make a 90 degree gearbox. I used scrap metals in my metalworking workshop to make this diy 90 degree gearbox. This homemade 90 degree gearbox is very simple and easy to make at home. This diy worm gearbox is very cheap to make because I used scrap metals to make it. This homemade worm gearbox is very powerful. This homemade gearbox produces very high torque. The ratio of this diy gearbox is 50:1 which means 50 rotations given in the input shaft results in 1 rotation in the output shaft. The construction of this diy homemade 90 degree worm gearbox is very strong and rigid. This diy gearbox can also be used for heavy duty applications.
