Ollie Bridgewood has ridden bikes in many corners of the globe, including some with significantly hotter temperatures than we average here in the UK. Fortunately, to aid with that and his body’s thermoregulation in general, he’s undertaken frequent heat training sessions. With the help of the Core Heat Sensor, Ollie has been able to optomise his body to produce good power without overheating, all thanks to the sensor and the data that can be tracked through the App!
