1. Caramelise 3 tbsp sugar
2. ½ c water
3. 150g butter
4. 11/2 c dried fruits ( 250 g)
5. ½ tsp baking soda
6. 1 ½ c flour
7. ¾ tsp baking powder
8. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
9. 1/8 tsp each nutmeg and cloves powder
10. ¾ c Nestle Milkmaid
11. ½ c curd
12. 2 large eggs
13. Pinch of salt

How To Make Plum Cake

1. For making this cake the first step is to caramelise sugar.
2. Once it melts and starts to caramelise add water, butter, dried fruits, baking soda. Let it cook till thick. Keep aside to cool.
3. Into a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and cloves powder. Mix well to combine. Keep aside.
4. Once the mixture is cool, add Nestle Milkmaid.
5. See how thick this condensed milk is!
6. Add orange zest, candied ginger and chopped nuts. Add sifted flour and mix to combine. Pour this into an tray Arrange nuts of top of the cake and bake at 170 degree for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean!
