How to Make Perfect Buttermilk Pancakes, Every Time

Download

Making the perfect buttermilk pancakes—not the stacks you get at your local diner, we’re talking perfect here—takes practice, but it also often involves making a few testers for the dogs. But when you have the cooking technique dialed in, you’ll make perfect pancakes right from the start, and you won’t have to waste any batter on testers.

ChefSteps co-founder and executive director Grant Crilly shows you which pans to use, the exact pan temperature you want to get perfectly browned—not burnt—surfaces, and how to adjust the ratio of ingredients to get the most tender, flavorful classic buttermilk pancakes that are perfect for you. Traditional GREEK SALAD – How to make GREEK SALAD Recipe

Download

After my son & his wife returned back to American, from honeymooning in GREECE, they shared their authentic GREEK SALAD eating experience with me & taught me now to make GREEK SALAD (just like the Greek do)!! Thanks to the honeymooners…I have mastered the perfectly traditional GREEK SALAD that is now a family favorite!! This healthy delicious GREEK SALAD, also know as HORIATIKI SALATA…is loaded with ripe tomatoes, cubes of cucumber, soaked slices of red onions, plump juicy kalamata olives, feta cheese, fresh lemon juice, drizzles of olive oil, and seasoned with oregano & pepper. Click on SHOW MORE below for recipe…

Traditional GREEK SALAD

1 large cucumber, seeded & cubed
4 large roma tomatoes, cubed
1 medium red onion, sliced thinly, soaked in ice water for 10 minutes, and drained (this makes the onion sweet)
1/4-1/2 cup Fresh Italian Parsley, roughly chopped
1 cup (4 oz) Feta Cheese
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, leave whole or half
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

1. Add prepared tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, Italian parsley, kalamata olives, feta cheese into a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil, fresh lemon juice, oregano, and pepper over fresh vegetables and toss. Serve immediately & ENJOY!! -Deronda 🙂
