How To Make Pickles Without A Recipe

This is something everyone should do at least once. I mean come on, these are the easiest pickles you will ever make in your life. With this method you can pickle just about any vegetable with only about 5 minutes of work, plus it’s cheap as heck. Never waste money on fancy pickles at the store ever again, and enjoy a better product while you’re at it.

Ingredients you’ll need to make the pickle liquid base:
Equal parts white distilled vinegar and water

2/3 tablespoon per cup of total pickle liquid

Aromatics of your choice (fresh garlic, fresh herbs, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, bay leaves, juniper berreis, etc.)

Vegetables of your choice (cucumbers, carrots, onions, green onion whites, hard peaches, radish, etc.)

Example Pickle Liquid Recipe:
2 cups (400g) white distilled vinegar
2 cups (400g) water
2.5 tablespoons (40-45g) kosher salt

How To Make Falafel

2 cups dry chickpeas, soaked with cold water for 24 hours
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground chilli
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp chickpea flour (plain flour can also be used)
oil for frying

Ratatouille is a masterpiece of French cuisine. A simple step-by-step recipe will help you to make this incredibly tasty dish.

Ingredients for sauce:
Tomatoes – 2 POUNDS (900 gr)
Pepper – 8 OZ (250 gr)
Onions – 7 OZ (200 gr)
Carrots – 7 OZ (200 gr)
Celery stalk – 3 OZ (100 gr)
Chili pepper – 2 OZ (60 gr)
Clarified butter- 2 OZ (or regular butter) (60 gr)
Garlic – 2 cloves
Herbs de Provence – 1 tbsp.
Salt – 1 tbsp.
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Thyme
Basil

Ingredients for the top layer:
Zucchini – ½ pound
Eggplant – ½ pound
Marrow squash – ½ pound
Tomato – 10 OZ
Potato – 7 OZ
Onion – 7 OZ
Pepper – 5 OZ
Olive oil – 2 fl Oz
Salt – 2 tsp.
Thyme

Making sauce:
1. Put peppers into the preheated oven 350°F (180 °C) for 20 minutes.
2. Slice a shallow X on the tomatoes and put them into the boiling water for 10 minutes.
3. Blend the tomatoes.
4. Fry with olive oil onions, carrots and celery stalk. Add clarified butter.
5. Pour in tomato puree and add some bay leaves.
6. Peel the roasted peppers, chop and add to the pan.
7. Add herbs de Provence, garlic and chilli.
8. Cover the pan and simmer for 60 minutes, then remove the lid and simmer for another 30 minutes.
9. Slice vegetables – 3-5 mm rings. Put eggplant and marrow squash into the bowl with cold salted water for 20 minutes.
10. Add thyme and basil, then blend it a little bit.
11. Spread the sauce in a mold, lay out the vegetables, alternating the sequence.
12. Make a dressing of olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour the vegetables with it.
13. Cover the mold with foil and send to the preheated to 350°F (160°C) oven for 90 minutes.
14. Take off the foil and roast for another 40 minutes.
15. Serve hot with parmesan and parsley.

I learned the splits in ONE DAY as a chubby, out-of-shape, six-year-old with zero cheerleading/dance experience. You can too!

YES, I’ve made videos on how to do the splits, I have a playlist just for splits tutorials. The reason I’m making this video: splits are a fundamental skill in flexibility training, performance sports, mobility, balance, stability, & movement. The splits are a very important stretch to learn. They serve as foundation for many skills, including jumps, toe touch, leaps, kicks, turns, flips, aerials, acro & cheer stunts… They all require good hip, leg, quad, hamstring, calf, & glute flexibility & range of motion.

No matter what level you are, whether you’re brand new to stretching, or you’re goal is to get hyperextended oversplits…the stretches in this video are EXTREMELY effective, helpful, & important to practice! Despite having learned the splits well over a decade ago, I still regularly practice the splits at least a few times each week, for a few minutes a day. This helps maintain flexibility, improve energy, loosen tight/sore muscles, and overall helps with sports performance & movement!

Stretches that are good for splits: Straddle, Lunge, Pike, Point/Flex, Center Lunge, Split Push ups, Reverse lunge, Herkie and Hurdler stretch, Cobra, Hip flexor lateral lunges (side slider lunges), leg lifts with ankle weights on!

In this video we teach you the basics of getting started on your skateboard. We start with the basic of basics which is how to get your foot correctly placed on your skateboard for riding around. After that we go over the basics of how you should switch your feet around when you’re pushing. Then we go into a tutorial of a simple skateboard trick that you can go outside right now and learn right away. Finally we get into the tricks you’re going to learn and the correct order to learn them in once you start really progressing on your skateboard.
