Unfortunately, you cannot enter this mission solo. You can unlock it, but after that it requires another person in your fireteam to actually do the mission. They must have also done the unlock. Once unlocked, you don’t need to do all of these steps again, and you can launch it from the map. You also cannot do it with 3 people, it must be 2.

Video is longer than I’d normally like, but people have complained anytime I speed up or skip the paths to things. So here’s the full path for each of them, along with the map locations, so it should hopefully cater to everyone.
