Today, I’m going to share two effective home remedies for skin tags and warts. A wart is caused by the HPV virus, while skin tags usually occur in areas of friction.

High insulin can increase one’s susceptibility to skin tags. People with diabetes, overweight people, and women with PCOS are at a higher risk of developing them.

When you produce too much insulin over a period of time, you can develop insulin resistance. Too much insulin is caused by eating too many carbs or frequent eating. Insulin resistance makes it difficult to absorb glucose. Over time, this deprives your brain cells of fuel, leading to memory problems, concentration problems, and early dementia.

The solution is to give your body an alternative fuel source, such as ketones, fatty acids, and protein. To do this, lower your carbs and do intermittent fasting. This will lower insulin and prevent growths like skin tags and warts.

A virus that comes out of remission can create warts if your immune system is compromised. Sufficient vitamin D can support the immune system and put these viruses back in remission. Take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, especially in winter.

Povidone iodine is an excellent remedy for skin tags. It has potent antiviral and antimicrobial properties, so it’s also good for warts. Iodine dissolves the protein in the skin tag and acts as a dehydrator.

Garlic contains allicin, a powerful antiviral compound effective against warts. Because it’s often difficult to differentiate between warts and skin tags, add garlic to ensure your remedy is effective.

Crush one clove of garlic and combine one drop of garlic with one drop of iodine. Apply the mixture to your wart or skin tag and cover it with a band-aid. Repeat this every day until your skin tag or wart is gone.

Today, I’m going to tell you how to get thick and shiny hair naturally! Biotin is a B vitamin that many people take for thick, shiny hair. It can come from the diet, but it can also come from the gut microbiome.

The good bacteria in your gut make biotin. This is why a common side effect of antibiotics is hair problems. When you stop taking biotin, you may notice that the problem comes right back, so it’s vital to address gut health when dealing with biotin deficiency.

Liver and egg yolks are the best sources of biotin. Nutritional yeast and salmon also contain biotin. Alcohol, raw eggs, and magnesium deficiency can interfere with biotin absorption. Zinc and copper are essential for biotin absorption and function.

Retinol, the active form of vitamin A, is only found in animal foods. Liver and egg yolks are the best sources, but you can also find vitamin A in shellfish and cod liver oil. Vitamin A helps control sebum, so it’s very beneficial for thick, shiny hair!

For healthy hair, reduce your omega-6 fat intake and increase your omega-3s. Omega-3 fatty acids are vital for healthy hair. Fish oil and cod liver oil are excellent sources of omega-3s.

L. reuteri is a microbe missing in 96% of the population. It increases sebum, which makes hair shiny, and it may also increase hair growth.

Copper is used in many different enzymes, including the enzyme that helps prevent iron accumulation in your tissues. Iron is vital for hair growth, but we need the right balance. NPK fertilizer in our foods is a common cause of copper deficiency. If the grass is deficient in copper, the animals that eat the grass will also be deficient.

Animals with copper deficiency have very dull hair. If this can happen to sheep and cows, it can definitely happen to us!

Overconsumption of iron, often from fortified wheat products, can lock up your copper and contribute to copper deficiency. Other contributors to copper deficiency include high fructose corn syrup and high zinc intake.

If you want healthy hair, add the following foods to your diet:
•Fermented foods (i.e. kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi)
•Liver
•Egg yolks
•Cod liver oil/cod liver
•Organic foods
•Trace minerals

Today, we’re going to talk about parasites in the body. Here are some of the common symptoms of parasites:
1. Fatigue
2. Rash
3. Unexpected weight loss

Parasites and pathogens force us to become stronger. They strengthen our immune systems to protect us from future parasitic infections. While this can be beneficial, parasites are constantly evolving and competing for resources in the body.

In an attempt to evade your immune system, parasites downgrade your ability to absorb vitamin D. Vitamin D supports the T cells, which control and coordinate the immune system.

Parasites can come from many places, including inhalation and pets. Antibiotics can greatly increase your risk of parasitic infection. Refined sugar and junk foods can feed parasites.

TUDCA is a bile salt that supports the flow of bile through the bile ducts. Try taking TUDCA for two days before attempting a natural cleanse for parasites.

By 40, we’ve lost around 25% of the collagen in our connective tissue. Certain antibiotics, ultraviolet radiation, high sugar consumption, and poor diet can contribute to collagen breakdown and speed up premature aging. Vitamin D helps protect you against the loss of collagen and premature aging.

In this video, I’m going to tell you how to look younger naturally. The secret to younger-looking skin is NOT wearing sunblock every single day!

UV rays make up only about 3% of the sun’s wavelengths. Sixty percent of sunlight is infrared light, which has numerous health benefits. Sunblock typically only blocks UVB rays, which are essential for making vitamin D. It doesn’t block the UVA rays, which are typically deemed harmful.

Even UVA rays have health benefits! They can increase nitric oxide, which increases blood flow and circulation to the skin.

Skin cancer is often a serious concern when being exposed to the sun. Although we’ve been decreasing sun exposure, melanomas have increased significantly. Interestingly enough, melanomas usually occur in areas that are not exposed to the sun. So, is it the sun that’s causing melanomas?

If you’re using a moisturizer for younger-looking skin, check the ingredients! Many creams that claim to make you look younger are full of chemicals and actually have the opposite effect.

Synthetic antioxidants, sugar, and junk food will age the skin quickly. Overwashing your face can also cause problems. Antibiotics and things that act like antibiotics, such as birth control pills, antacids, steroids, and statins, can wreak havoc on your skin.

Oxytocin is a hormone that can increase stem cells for your skin. It has potent regenerative properties that also help with bonding and make people feel more social and calm. The microbe L. Reuteri can significantly increase oxytocin.

Many people do not have L. Reuteri in their microbiome. When you destroy the microbiome, certain microbes never come back!

Today, I’m going to show you how to cleanse your liver in just three days.

To support and speed up liver detoxification, we need to trigger autophagy.

The best ways to trigger autophagy:
1. Dry fasting

Dry fasting is one of the most powerful ways to trigger autophagy and truly cleanse the liver cells.

With dry fasting, you don’t consume any food or water. To cleanse the liver, you may want to consider dry fasting for a full day—starting at sunrise and ending at sunset.

Addiction to substances like nicotine, alcohol, and drugs can be incredibly difficult to overcome. These addictions harm our mental and physical health and deplete essential nutrients in the body, particularly NAD.

NAD is a crucial coenzyme involved in over 500 different chemical reactions in the body. It plays a vital role in energy production, DNA repair, and maintaining proper cellular functioning. However, addiction to substances like nicotine, alcohol, and drugs can significantly deplete NAD levels in the body.
