You guys asked for this!!! This week, I TRY to de-stress by caking my anti-stress squeeze ball toy, that of course looks like a cake. BUT, my cake making nemesis – humidity- makes what should’ve been a fun and therapeutic process stressful (at times).
Still, despite the humidity-caused challenges, and way too much math, I truly enjoyed making this cake, (and its poofy top ) which I believe resulted in one of the most satisfying slices of cake ever! Don’t believe me? Watch to the end and check out the massive multi-layered chocolate slice with the prettiest pink Italian meringue buttercream peeking out.
