Ingredients

16 oz bag black eyed peas
8-9 cups chicken broth
2 bay leaves
1 small onion diced
Half bell pepper diced
1 stalk celery diced
3 glove minced garlic
1/2 teaspoons thyme
Leftover ham bone or any smoked meat
Season to taste

Directions
Place ham bone into pot and cover with chicken broth let cook for about 2 hours next add in the peas and diced vegetables garlic and thyme I seasoned with no salt all purpose and a no salt garlic herb mix and place lid on coming in stirring every 30 minutes until peas are easily smashed with a fork or spoon. If you need to add more liquid do a little at a time. Once peas are ready remove ham bone and shredded the meat and place back into pot remove your bay leaves and taste and adjust your seasoning Thanks for watching

Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef 1 pound of Italian mild sausage
Cabbage chopped
Onion chopped
Bell pepper chopped
3 gloves minced garlic
1 can of stewed tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 bay leaf
4 cups beef broth
Season to taste 

Directions
Brown your meat and once the meat has cooked for a few minutes add in the onions bell peppers and bay leaf and cook till meat is no longer pink drain and add in the garlic and tomato paste mix for one minute next add the stewed tomatoes cabbage and beef broth season to taste cover and let cook untill the cabbage is tender enough to your liking once done remove bay leaf and taste and adjust seasoning Thanks for watching

INGREDIENTS- FOR THE TACO FILLING (12-16 Tacos)
-2 lb ground beef
-1 large onion (chopped)
-1tsp minced garlic
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup mixed bell pepper(diced)
-28g taco seasoning mix
-1/4cup salsa
-salt to taste

-taco shells
-salsa

In a pan add 1/4cup olive oil on medium heat,then add 1 large onions(chopped), minced garlic and salt,sautee the onions untill it’s get light brown,when the onions turns light brown add ground beef,cook the beef for 7-8mins on medium-high heat,stir the beef in between.after that add bell peppers,taco seasoning and salsa,stir well and cook for another 5 min.
when the beef is ready,prepare all the ingredients for topping!!

Ingredients:
14oz (400g) macaroni
1 cup )115g) Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup (85g) Gruyere cheese
3/4 cup (85g) Mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons (30g) Flour
4 tablespoons (60g) Butter
4 cups (1L) Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C).
2. In a large bowl combine all the cheeses and set aside.
3. Heat large pot of salted water, cook the macaroni to al dente (1-2 minutes less then package instructions).
4. While the pasta is cooking make the sauce: In a large pot, melt the butter, add flour and whisk over medium-low heat. Cook for a couple of minutes, whisking constantly. Gradually add the milk and whisk until smooth. Cook until slightly thickens, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Gradually add 3/4 of the cheeses to the sauce and whisk until melted after each addition. Season with salt and pepper and mix. If you want to add more additions like bacon, herbs or spices, now it’s the time.
6. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
7. Transfer to a 12-inch (30cm) round baking dish, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 of the cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes:
* serve warm
* you can use any type of cheese that you like
* this is pretty basic version of mac & cheese but you can add topping like bacon, herbs and spices.

Ingredients:
For the meat mixture:
2 pounds (1kg) ground lamb
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp (30) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
7oz (200g) carrots
7oz (200g) peas (fresh or frozen)
For the puree:
3.5 pounds (1.5kg) potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1/4 cup (25g) cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
egg yolk

Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4. Place in a medium pot and cover with cold water. Set over high heat, add a teaspoon of salt, cover and bring to a boil. cook until tender.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté 2-3 minutes, add crushed garlic and chopped carrots, sauté until the carrots are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the ground lamb, Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, chopped rosemary and thyme. Add tomato paste, flour and stir.
4. Add beef broth and frozen peas. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
5. When the potatoes are done cooking transfer them to a bowl. Add butter, milk, egg yolk, salt and pepper. mash the potatoes until smooth.
6. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
7. Layer the meat mixture in a 13″X8.5″ (33X22cm) ovenproof dish. Spread the puree over the meat mixture.
8. Bake 20-25 minutes. or until mashed potato is golden brown.
