What’s up? This is Jeff Cowans. I’m going to show you guys how to do a six step. We’re going to start it standing up and count to six throughout this. It’s not that hard. You’ve just got to keep up with the numbers, and it’ll work out for you.

All right. So we’re going to take the right foot and make like a circle. You swing it around, and you go like this, one. There you go. And I’m going to step back to the corner with my left foot, and there’s your two right there. And I go the other direction, three. One, two, three. You got that part. Yeah. So now I’m going to take my left and go diagonal, and there I have four. Bring this one behind, five, and then I’m going to jump. And I’m going to take my right foot, which is now in the back, and bring it up in the front, and I’m going to have six. Six.

Throughout the whole thing, I hope you’re noticing that it’s right, left, right, left, right, switch. Got it? Just like walking on a street, right, left, right, left. So you’re never going to do the same foot at the same time, and it’ll work out for you. Let’s try it again. Swing the right leg around. You’re going to go one, corner, two, corner, three, four, five, six. Repeat. One, two, three, four, five, switch it, six. There’s your six step.

We’re going to take it down to the floor, because you do a six step down here anyway, and my heels are off the floor, so I’m like this, right? So you’re in the position. You’re going to take your right leg, stretch it out, knee straight, and bring it all the way around to the front. There’s your one. That’s the circle I was talking about. Now I’m going to step to the back corner with my left foot, and that’s going to be my two. So I go two. I take the other leg, and I go three. Now, I take my left, and I bring it diagonally across, and I’ve got four. See that. Now I take my right foot, five.

From here, the jump switch that you did earlier is going to happen on the floor. It might feel a little bit weird to you, but I’m going to do it now without using the hands so you can just see what it looks like. Basically it’s like this. Now, going back to where I was, I had my hands on this side, so I’m going to jump and bring my hands to the other side. It looks like this. There you go. Got it? Now step to the corner. Step to the corner again. Step diagonal. Bring it in. Then I do that jump. There you go.

All right. We’re going to try it from the beginning, one more time, nice and slow. So we bring it around, five, six, seven, eight. Let’s do it. One, two, three, four, five, six. Again. One, corner, corner, four, five, six. There you go. We’re going to speed it up for you right now. You ready? Got it? Let’s do it again. Here you go, six step. Six step, give it a try.

Hey everybody. So, we are going to break down the wobble dance today and if you have ever been to a BBQ, a wedding or a cruise, you will hear this, you will see this dance, you will hear this song on constant rotation about every 10 minutes. People love it. It is the new electric slide. We are going to break this down. The magic numbers are one and five. Just remember that.

One, you are going to jump forward. Boom. Easy. Ok. Lets try that again. So we have, 5,6,7,8, jump 1. Now, when you jump here you are just going to groove, body roll, do whatever you kind of like. Any salt and pepper, onion, garlic flavor you got. So, you are going to go, 1,2,3,4, jump 5,6,7,8.

Next part, just lean to the right, step out to the right with your right foot. Everything with the right foot. For you, it is going to look like left, for me it is my right. 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4, other side, 5,6,7,8. Good, lets take that a little slower. So, we just jump back. 5,6,7,8, jumping out to the right. 1,2,3,4, to the left, 5,6,7,8. You have to groove, you always have to groove. You can use a little salt. So, you go 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Repeat. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.

Now, for the sauce. Some people will go up, up and cha cha cha. Up, up and cha cha cha. We are going to try mixing them up a little bit together. So, we will go up, 2, back 3, 4, now up 6 and cha cha cha.

Now, lets try this with some music. I think you got it. [Music Plays] So, get your groove first. You want to be ready. You do not what to just start dancing from here. 5,6,7,8.

There you have it. Through your own little flavor in it. Have a little fun. There is no limit to what you can do with the wobble dance.

What up you’ll? My name is Tweet Boogie. I represent the South Bronx. had my first hip-hop crew at 14. Done some work with Jay-Z, Mary J. Blije, Destiny’s Child. Travelled all over the world ‘coz I teach hip-hop culture and right now I’m ready to teach you some dances for the club. Let’s get it started. So, now you’re going to do your basic two step, step to the back. So we’re gonna take our left foot and we’re gonna step, then you’re gonna bring you’re right foot behind you and you take you’re right foot, bring it equal to the left foot and you’re gonna take you’re left foot and bring it behind you’re right foot…step to the back. Good!. You’re gonna take your left foot, bring it center even with your right foot again and then step again..Boom! You want to bend your knees a little bit, not so much where you lunge, but you want to bend your knees just a little bit so you get that little bounce. So I’m gonna try it a little bit faster for you. So its step to the back, step to the back, step to the back, step to the back, and step to the back, step to the back, step to the back, step to the back, Boom! So now that we’re done, we’re gonna drop the beat with my DJ, so we can get it cranking. Hey!, so you’re gonna bounce a little, are you ready? Here we go! Let’s go and 5,6, 7, 8 step back, step back, step back, step back, step back, step back, step back, step back..oooohh…so now you can get a little spicy with it. You just don’t have to go from side to side, you bring the foot back, you let’em know I’m about to get it started but I’m just warming up for you. Aaay! Aaaay! Good! and there you have it, Side step to the back.

How to make a ballet bun. I’ve seen these buns called sock buns, doughnut buns, and bun molds. This hairstyle is great for ballet, dance recitals, figure skating, ballerinas and competitions. Very elegant and sophisticated, but also quick and easy!
I’ve seen many different methods for making these types of buns, but I wanted to show the technique that works best for us.

The “bun foundation” and “hair net” used in this hairstyle was purchased from Sally’s Beauty Supply.
