Ingredients:
🍊 5 very ripe persimmons (cut off the ends) and make sure to remove seeds unless you are using seedless.
Tip: The key is to let your persimmons ripen at room temperature until they are very soft, almost bursting with a jelly-like texture. This can take several days, but the longer they ripen, the sweeter and more flavorful your pudding will be!
1/4 cup + 1 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend until creamy. Transfer to a dish, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. I used a little of coconut sugar from topping. Enjoy!
