Angle Grinder HACK – How To Make A Chaff Cutter | Simple Homemade Chaff Cutter | DIY

Hello Everyone!

Today I show you how to make a chaff cutter from an angle grinder. I used angle grinder to power this chaff cutter. This chaff cutter has a rotating blade. I used a hacksaw blade to make this chaff cutter blade. This chaff cutter blade is rotated by the angle grinder to cut the grass. I step down the angle grinder machine speed by using the sprockets and chain to multiply the torque for this diy chaff cutter machine. This diy chaff cutter cuts the grass very fastley. This mini chaff cutter machine is very compact in size so this chaff cutter machine can be very easily portable from one place to another place. This homemade chaff cutter is very simple and easy to make. This homemade chaff cutter machine really works good. I hope you will enjoy this angle grinder hack.

***UPDATED VIDEO***

***UPDATE PLEASE READ***
Design Space has changed since this video was made. You can now find the option to change from a cut file to print under where it says “fill” at the top of the screen.
When you are ready to save your name with the bleed you now have to continue to your printer, under where it has the bleed option make sure to click “show printer dialogue” when your printer dialogue comes up, it can hide behind your browser, so you may need to move or hide your browser window, then choose save as PDF. What I do then is open the PDF in a viewer, on a MAC it is Preview, enlarge it and take a screen shot, then upload the screen shot to DS and clean it up, and save as a cut file. This is working for now, it’s a pain in the butt. Hopefully Cricut will bring back the old option or maybe create a shadow option soon. Thanks for watching.

Here is an easy tutorial on how to make the Knockout name sign in Cricut Design Space.
