Doritorita:
Build in shaker
Add
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Doritos Liqueur
2 bar spoon Mezcal
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Ancho Reyes
1 oz. or 30 ml. Nixta Corn Liqueur
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Dash of saline solution
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Tiki Doritos:
Build in shaker
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Doritos Liqueur
3 oz. or 90 ml. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Ancho Reyes
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add ice and shake
Garnish with Mint
Forgettable:
Build in mixing glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Doritos Liqueur
1 oz. or 30 ml. Nixta Corn Liqueur
Two dashes of Angostura Bitters
Bar spoon of Benedictine
Add ice and stir
Strain into glass
Garnish with twist of orange
