1/4 cup sugar (50g / 1.7oz)
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
About 4 tbsp unsalted butter (50g / 1.7oz)
2 cups milk (500g / 17.6oz)
Dark rum 1 tbsp or 2 tbsp
Melted butter for coating the pan

My frying pan is 25 cm in diameter, which is approximately 10 inches.
