Found a Pineapple Moonshine recipe sound very delicious
1/2 cup sugar
1 med. lemon
1 fresh pineapple
1 qt. shine
2 mason jars
cut pineapple up divide between 2 jars
add 1/4 cup sugar to each jar
cut lemon add to each jar
top off with shine
store in cool dark place
shake once in a while
enjoy in few weeks
