Add
2 Demerara Sugar Cubes
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Irish Whiskey (Tullamore D.E.W.)
3 oz. or 90 ml. Hot Coffee
Stir
Whip shake Heavy Cream and float across the top of the drink

Peppermint Patty:
Build in glass
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Créme De Cacao
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Créme De Menthe
1 oz. or 30 ml. Peppermint Schnapps
Top with Hot Coco
Optional: Float of Heavy Cream on top of drink
Garnish with Peppermint Crumbles

Whiskey Skin:
Build in glass.
Add
1 Demerara Sugar Cube
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rye Whiskey
Stir and break up Sugar Cube
Top with Hot Water
Garnish with a Twist of Lemon

Faye’s Vodka Toddy:
Build in glass
Add
4 Lemon Wheels
.5 oz. and 15 ml. Rosemary Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Vodka
2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
Top with Hot Water
Stir to incorporate
