Is apple jack (the process of making high proof freezer moonshine using the process of freeze distilling) illegal? And is this weird law the dumbest law in america? Also, here is how you freeze distill:
Ingredients and equipment –
1 gallon of wine or cider
1.25 gallon fermenter
Freezer
Process –
Add wine or cider to fermenter and place in chest freezer set to coldest temperature. Wait 24 hours. Remove fermented and open valve. Allow low high proof wine or cider to drain.
