Ingredients:
– 300g Cornflour (cornstarch)
– 100g Milk powder (full cream or skimmed)
– 100g Powdered/Icing sugar (optional, for sweetness)
– 2 tablespoons Vanilla powder or 1-2 teaspoons vanilla essence (for flavour)
– 1/4 teaspoon Yellow food colouring (optional, for colour)
To cook – 2-3 tablespoons 500ml milk whisk, heat up
It can be cooked in the microwave for 1 – 2 mins
NOTE: VANILLA powder is NOT vanilla pod powder, which is brown.
