Gregnog:
Build in shaker
Add
1 Egg
.5 oz or 15 ml. Maraschino Liqueur
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Cognac
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
.5 oz or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
3 oz. or 90 ml. Milk
Dry shake
Add ice and shake again
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg and Orange Zest

Baltimore Egg Nog (Double):
Build in 2 shakers
Separate 2 whole eggs
In one small tin add the Egg Whites
Dry shake with strainer spring to bring as close to stiff peaks as possible
In the other small tin add the Egg Yolks
.75 oz or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
.25 tsp Grated Nutmeg
1 oz. or 30 ml Cognac
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Jamaican Rum
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Madeira Wine
Dry shake
Add to Egg White tin
Roll them back and forth to combine
Add 5 oz. or 150 ml. Milk
Roll again
Open pour into glass
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg

Ango Nog:
Build in 2 shakers
Separate 2 whole eggs
In one small tin add the Egg Whites
Dry shake with strainer spring to bring as close to stiff peaks as possible
In the other small tin add the Egg Yolks
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Angostura Bitters
1 oz. or 30 ml. Demerara Rum
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Dry Curaçao
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
Dry Shake
Add to Egg White tin
Roll them back and forth to combine
Add 5 oz. or 150 ml. Milk
Roll again
Open pour into glass
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg

Fightin’ Words Nog:
Build in 2 shakers
Separate 2 whole eggs
In one small tin add the Egg Whites
Dry shake with strainer spring to bring as close to stiff peaks as possible
In the other small tin add the Egg Yolks
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Ruby Port
1 oz. or 30 ml. Bourbon
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Chartreuse
Dry Shake
Add to Egg White tin
Roll them back and forth to combine
Add 5 oz. or 150 ml. Milk
Roll again
Open pour into glass
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
(Optional Addition: Few dashes of cardamom bitters)
