Pudina Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
• ½ cup pudina (mint)
• 1 cup coriander
• 1 tbsp raw mango
• 2 green chillies
• ½ small onion
• ¼ tsp jeera powder
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• 3 tbsp curd
• 2-3 drops lemon juice
• 2 tbsp boondi
• Rock salt to taste
• A few drops of water
Steps:
1. Blend pudina, coriander, green chillies, raw mango, and onion into a paste.
2. Add a little water if needed.
3. Mix in boondi, jeera powder, and garam masala.
4. Finally, add curd and lemon juice. Mix well and enjoy!
