Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
β’ Β½ cup fresh mint leaves
β’ 2 green chilies (adjust to taste)
β’ 1-inch ginger (peeled)
β’ 2 cloves garlic (optional)
β’ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
β’ Β½ teaspoon cumin powder
β’ Β½ teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
β’ Salt to taste
β’ 2-3 tablespoons water (adjust as needed)
Instructions:
1. Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for a good consistency.
4. Taste and adjust salt or spice as needed.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
