First up, Rambutan Mead!
Ingredients used:
– 2 pounds Hawaiian Wildflower Honey
– 3 pounds Rambutans (before peeling)
– Spring Water (to reach 1 gallon)
– D47 wine yeast (5g packet)
– 1 tsp Fermaid-K Yeast Nutrient
Equipment featured:
– 2 gallon Fermenting Bucket
– “The Hex” 3 Piece Airlock
– Drilled #6.5 Rubber Stopper
