Follow the steps below to make Google Chrome the default browser in Windows 10:
1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
2. Open the Chrome settings by first selecting the 3 dots icon in the top right of Chrome and then selecting Settings in the menu.
3. In the settings search Default Browser.
4. Select Make Default.
5. The Windows 10 settings will open, find Web browser and select the current default browser. In the new list find Google Chrome.
6. You have now set Google Chrome as the default browser for Windows 10. You can close both the Windows 10 and Google Chrome settings.
